Visiting Hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM daily

Maximum Visitors: 2 visitors per patient at a time

Phone Calls: Incoming calls to patient rooms are free. Outgoing calls are charged to the patient's bill.

Chaplain/Religious Services: Available upon request through the nursing station

No Smoking: Strictly enforced campus-wide per Republic Act 9211

Hours: 24/7 (Open round the clock)

OTC Discount: 18% cash discount on over-the-counter purchases

Inpatient Discount: 8% cash discount applied on discharge

Note: Controlled drugs are dispensed for inpatients only with a valid physician's order.

Cebu City Campus: Buildings A & B parking, Medical Mall parking, B. Rodriguez Street lot

Mandaue Campus: Upper Ground and Lower Ground parking areas

Valet parking is not available. Drop-off area is at the main entrance.

Hospital Canteen: 3rd Level, Building AB

Medical Mall: Multiple food outlets including cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores at the Chong Hua Medical Mall

Special Diets: Patients on special diets receive meals prepared by the hospital's dietary department
